Turkey Meatloaf

 Prep Time:  15 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour
 Servings: 5

 Ingredients
1 ¼ pounds ground turkey
 ¾ cup catsup
 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
 ¼ cup egg substitute or 1 egg, large size
 1 cup onion, chopped
 ½ cup breadcrumbs
 3 garlic cloves, minced
 ½ teaspoon black pepper
 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
 ¾ teaspoon salt

 Directions
 1- Over moderate heat settings in a large skillet; melt the margarine or butter.
 2-Cook garlic & onion for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring every now and then. Place the mixture in a bowl, preferably large size and let cool for couple of minutes, preferably at room temperature.
3- Combine the onion mixture together with the turkey, 1/4 cup of the catsup, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, pepper & salt.
4- Press the meatloaf into a loaf pan, preferably 8x4”.  Spread the leftover catsup evenly over the top. Bake in the oven until the internal temperature reflects 165 F, for 50 to 55 minutes, preferably at 350 F/175 C.
5-Remove from the oven & let stand for couple of minutes before serving.
