Mushroom Sauce Meatloaf

Cooking Time: 1 hour
Servings: 8 persons

 Ingredients

1 ½ pounds ground beef
 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  1 cup bread crumbs, dried
 2 tablespoons brown sugar 
 1 egg, large  Pepper & salt to taste
  1 cup milk
1/3 cup ketchup
 1 small onion, chopped 

 Directions

1-Preheat your oven to 350 F/175 C.

2-  Combine beef together with onion, egg, milk & cracker or bread crumbs in a bowl, preferably large size. Season with pepper & salt to taste; form the mixture into a loaf & place in a 9x13” baking dish, preferably lightly greased or place it in a 5x9” loaf pan, preferably lightly greased.

3- Now, combine brown sugar together with ketchup & mustard in a separate bowl, preferably small size. Mix well & transfer the mixture on top of the meatloaf.

4-  Bake in the preheated oven for an hour, preferably at 350 F/175 C.
