Chicken Meatloaf

 Cooking Time: 1 hour & 45 minutes
 Servings: 8


 Ingredients
 1 pound ground chicken
  ¼ cup ketchup
 1 egg white, large
  ½ cup fine breadcrumbs
 1 carrot, medium & cut into chunks
 ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
 1 onion, small & cut into chunks
  ¼ teaspoon celery seed
 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  1/8 teaspoon pepper
 1 teaspoon salt 

Directions
1- Preheat your oven to 350 F/175 C in advance.
2- Combine bread crumbs with the meat in a large bowl; mix well & set aside.
3-  Put carrot & onion in a blender. Now, add the leftover ingredients to the blender. Process on high settings until carrot is very fine.
4-  Transfer this mixture on top of the meat mixture. Using your hands, mix both the mixtures well.   5-Form the mixture into a loaf & then place in a lightly greased pan, preferably 9x13”.
6-Cover with a foil & bake for an hour.
7- Remove the foil & continue to bake until loaf is cooked through, for 25 to 30 minutes.
